WANT TO POSTPONE CLIMAX?

There are exercises that a man can do to postpone his climax during intercourse.

The exercises are easy to do, but require some practice and commitment.  To prolong intercourse a man must learn how to put off the point when ejaculation becomes inevitable.

In Bernie Zilbergeld’s “The New Male Sexuality,” the exercises involve a stop/start technique.  This occurs when the man slows down his thrusting or stops his movement altogether.  He gains control over himself by using this technique first when masturbating, then when having sex with his partner.

Only by experimenting can a man learn how long to stop stimulation so the tension can subside without losing the erection.  By gaining ejaculatory control, a man can give his partner more time to reach climax and might also have more intense orgasms himself.
